How do we hire?
| Stage 1 |
Assessment of candidate's potential and knowledge based on the resume emailed/posted/handed-over to the HR; |
| Stage 2 |
Professional test to evaluate the aptitude, communication skills, technical knowledge, logical reasoning abilities and potential to work in Gloriatech's business environment; |
| Stage 3 |
Direct interview with the Gloriatech directors to evaluate personality and ability to adhere to Gloriatech's culture; (includes both technical and personality interviews) |
| Stage 4 |
Background verification process of the selected candidate; |
| Stage 5 |
Discussion with HR about the selected candidate's roles and responsibilities at Gloriatech; |
| Stage 6 |
Signing the contract and other confidential documents with the HR; Submission of other support documents/ proofs to the HR; |
| Stage 7 |
Joining as a full-time employee of Gloriatech's team. |
